Jantares românticos a dois é algo que qualquer casal devia fazer frequentemente. E quando a oportunidade se apresentou para irmos experimentar o sushi do Bafureira Sunset Beach Club em São Pedro do Estoril ambos ficámos entusiasmados já que adoramos sushi.
Tudo começa com a localização que, logo à partida, é ponto chave para um jantar absolutamente perfeito. A vista sobre o mar é algo que nos tira a respiração e, havendo um céu limpo, o pôr do sol que acompanha a refeição é algo absolutamente incrível seja na sala interior ou na esplanada exterior.
Mas o que realmente se destaca é efetivamente a qualidade e beleza dos pratos que nos foram apresentados.
Quanto a mim sou bastante crítica no que se refere ao sushi e, na minha opinião, apesar de existirem imensos restaurantes bastante conhecidos e referenciados hoje em dia, julgo que muitas vezes a qualidade não faz jus ao renome que os acompanha.
Não é, de todo, o caso no Bafureira. Os pratos são de uma apresentação sublime e requintada que coloca de imediato as expectativas muito altas. E deveras não ficamos nem um pouco desiludidos.
O peixe é de muito boa qualidade e, na minha opinião, os sabores são respeitados. Nada de molhos exagerados que se sobreponham ao sabor do sushi nem mesmo nos de fusão que é, aliás, uma das opções que recomendo vivamente: o Combinado Especial do Chef Fusion.
A Tempura é absolutamente incrível e os Hot Special Crispy Rolls foram também um dos meus eleitos.
Fica a sugestão e recomendação de um restaurante que vale mesmo a pena visitar.

Romantic dinners is something that any couple should do often. And when the opportunity presented itself to try the sushi of Bafureira Sunset Beach Club in São Pedro do Estoril we were both enthusiastic since we love sushi.
It all begins with the location which, right from the start, is key point to an absolutely perfect dinner. The view over the sea is something that takes our breath away and, with a clear sky, the sunset that accompanies the meal is something absolutely incredible whether in the indoor room or on the outside terrace. But what really stands out is effectively the quality and beauty of the dishes that were presented to us.
As for me I am quite critical of sushi, and in my opinion, although there are many restaurants that are well known and referenced nowadays, I think that quality often does not live up to the reputation that accompanies them.
It is not, at all, the case at Bafureira. The dishes are of a sublime and exquisite presentation that immediately puts the expectations very high. And indeed we are not at all disappointed. The fish is of very good quality and, in my opinion, the flavors are respected. No exaggerated sauces that overlap with the taste of sushi or even fusion, which is, in fact, one of the options I highly recommend: the Chef Fusion Special Combination. Tempura is absolutely amazing and the Hot Special Crispy Rolls were also one of my favorites.
I leave you the suggestion and recommendation of a restaurant that is definitely worth a visit.
