Maquilhagem não é propriamente a minha especialidade, sobretudo porque nunca fui uma pessoa de usar muita maquilhagem.
Existem 2 produtos que uso religiosamente desde adolescente, a máscara de pestanas e corretor para as olheiras, mas fora isso tudo o que fosse mais elaborado como bases, pós, bronzeadores ou iluminadores só entraram na minha lista muito recentemente.
Sou uma Millennial e por isso as grandes tendências de maquilhagem pelas quais passei foram sobretudo as de maquilhagens muito carregadas (quem se lembra das sombras brancas e azuis nos olhos, eyeliner bem grosso e lábios demasiado brilhantes) com as quais nunca me identifiquei.
Ao invés disso sempre gostei mais da maquilhagem subtil, praticamente imperceptível que elevasse a beleza natural do rosto e da pele mas sem se sobrepor demasiado.

Make-up is not exactly my specialty, especially since I've never been a person to wear a lot of make-up.
There are 2 products I use religiously since I was a teenager, the mascara and concealer but other than that, everything that was more elaborate like foundations, powders, bronzer or highlighters only came on my list very recently.
I am a Millennial and that means the major make-up trends I've been through were mostly heavily loaded makeup (who remembers the white and blue eye shadows, very thick eyeliner and lips that were too shiny) that I have never identified myself with.
Instead I always liked the subtle, almost imperceptible make-up that would enhance the natural beauty of the face and skin but not too overwhelming.
Por isso a chegada desta nova linha da Chanel, os Les Beiges, foi recebida por mim com muito entusiasmo, especialmente a base desta gama - ou melhor o Eau de Teint Waterfresh Tint.
O slogan é precisamente "esqueça a base" e é descrito como uma segunda pele subtil e indetetável. E talvez para quem procura uma boa cobertura este não seja o produto indicado, mas se querem um brilho natural que eleve a vossa pele então esta é a vossa opção.
As minhas expetativas eram demasiado altas e a verdade é que não fiquei nem um pouco desiludida, A minha pele fica naturalmente radiante durante todo o dia - o produto aguenta incrivelmente bem apesar de ser tão subtil - as minhas sardas não ficam cobertas como acontece com as bases normais por mais leves que sejam, e o aspeto é realmente aquele aspeto de pele saudável e cuidada quase como se não tivesse mais nada.

So the arrival of this new line of Chanel, the Les Beiges, was received by me with great enthusiasm, especially the foundation of this range - or rather the Eau de Teint Waterfresh Tint.
The slogan is precisely "forget foundation" and is described as a second skin subtle and undetectable. And maybe for those looking for good coverage this is not the most suited product, but if you want a natural glow that elevates your skin then this is your choice.
My expectations were too high and the truth is that I was not disappointed at all. My skin is naturally radiant all day long - the product holds up incredibly well despite being so subtle - my freckles are not covered like it happens with common foundations however light they may be, and the look really is that look of healthy glowing bare skin.
A linha também conta com o pó Healthy Glow que é igualmente subtil e praticamente imperceptível mas matiza ligeiramente o brilho em zonas que possam ser mais complicadas - e tem uma embalagem linda com Chanel escrito à mão. Esta é verdadeiramente uma combinação perfeita.
Finalmente a palete de sombra de olhos, Les Indispensables, que conta com 9 cores e vem agregada em 3 zonas distintas para 3 looks, mas que podem e devem ser misturados entre si. São tons neutros mas ao mesmo tempo quentes e um pouco mais irreverentes que permitem looks elegantes e naturais. As sombras são de incrível qualidade e é realmente um investimento que vale a pena fazer.

The line also features the Healthy Glow powder which is equally subtle and practically imperceptible but slightly bring down the shine into areas that may be more complicated - and has a beautiful package with Chanel hand written. This is truly a perfect match.
Finally the eyeshadow palette, Les Indispensables, which has 9 colors and comes in 3 different zones for 3 looks, but can and should be mixed together. They are neutral tones but at the same time warm and a little more edgy that allow elegant and natural looks. The shadows are of incredible quality and it really is an investment that is worth doing.
