Máscara alisadora de cabelo caseira e natural
Embora adore a verdade é que a mãe natureza não me agraciou com um cabelo naturalmente liso e nem tão pouco com caracóis lindos. Ao invés disso o meu cabelo é algo que fica numa zona indefinida, com ondas que na maioria dos dias e sem a devida atenção resultam num aspeto de que simplesmente não gosto.
Se a isso juntarmos o impacto de um cabelo que já passou por duas gravidezes e uma gemelar, a verdade é que o meu cabelo requer agora de um certo carinho e cuidado para ter um aspeto minimamente tratado.

Although I love it the truth is that mother nature didn't give me a naturally straighten hair and not even some beautiful curls. Instead my hair is something that goes in an indefinite zone, with waves that on most days and without proper attention result in an appearance that I just don't like. If we add to that the impact of a hair that has already undergone two pregnancies and a twins one, the truth is that my hair now requires a certain care and attention to have a minimally treated appearance.
Nos últimos anos tenho vindo a tentar usufruir o mais possível das propriedades dos produtos naturais para aspetos de higiene e beleza e é já extensa a minha lista de máscaras de cabelo ou de hidratantes caseiros, máscaras faciais, etc.
Esta máscara é, no entanto, uma das minhas favoritas porque realmente me deixa o cabelo liso e sem frizz durante uma semana - e isto dito por uma pessoa que vive em Mafra, local perto do mar e portanto húmido.

In the last few years I have been trying to make the most of the properties of natural products for hygiene and beauty, and my list of hair masks or homemade moisturizers, face masks, etc. is already extensive. This mask is, however, one of my favorites because it really leaves my hair straight and without frizz for a week - and this is said by a person who lives in Mafra, a place near the sea and therefore quite humid.
A receita é muito fácil e rápida de fazer, necessitando apenas de amido de milho, leite, sumo de limão e óleo de coco. O resultado é uma pasta com textura de creme que deve ser aplicada no cabelo mecha a mecha.

The recipe is very easy and quick to make, requiring only corn starch, milk, lemon juice and coconut oil. The result is a cream-colored paste that should be applied to wick to wick hair.
Depois disso basta relaxar um pouco durante cerca de 1 hora e deixar atuar. No final basta lavar o cabelo normalmente e secar.

Máscara alisadora de cabelo natural
Ingredientes
3 c. sopa de amido de milho
2 c. sobremesa de óleo de coco
1 chávena de leite (biológico)
sumo de 1 limão
Método
Numa panela colocar todos os ingredientes e levar ao lume médio mexendo sempre até engrossar.
Deixar arrefecer e aplicar no cabelo mecha a mecha.
Tapar a cabeça com película aderente ou uma touca térmica para que o calor ajude no processo e deixar por 1 hora a 1h30.
Lavar normalmente e secar.
Natural hair straightener mask
Ingredients
3 tablespoons corn starch
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 cup milk (organic)
Juice of 1 lemon
Method
In a pan put all the ingredients and bring to the medium heat stirring constantly until thickened.
Allow to cool and apply strand by strand.
Cover the head with adherent film or a thermal cap so that the heat helps in the process and leave for 1 hour to 1h30.
Wash normally and dry.
