Se acompanham as stories no meu instagram, já certamente deverão ter visto que tenho estado a fazer um plano de tratamentos na clínica de medicina estética Formas Silk.
Conheci a clínica há uns anos atrás - e falei-vos dela aqui - e desde logo gostei não apenas do conceito deste espaço que, sem dúvida nenhuma, prima pela qualidade e se destaca pela diferença da demais concorrência, mas também da pessoa que está por trás dele, a Rute Alves que é uma verdadeira visionária.
A Rute procurou os serviços do Studio Suvelle e paralelamente a isso, convidou-me a conhecer bem por dentro os diversos tratamentos e serviços da clínica.
Quem me acompanha regularmente já terá certamente percebido que eu defendo que o processo de envelhecimento é algo natural e que não devemos ter medo dele. Claro que isso não significa que o usemos como desculpa e que não possamos ajudar o nosso corpo e rosto a envelhecer da melhor forma possível. Da mesma forma que é importante dar atenção a uma alimentação saudável e à prática de exercício, também podemos - e devemos - procurar na tecnologia e na inovação de procedimentos aqueles que melhor se adequem a nós e ao nosso caso em particular para que consigamos, acima de tudo, sentir-nos bem connosco próprias - e próprios.
Uma das coisas que mais valorizo nesta clínica é o facto da Rute ter uma visão muito assertiva sobre a transparência de informação para com os seus clientes - acreditem quando vos digo que de outra forma muito dificilmente trabalharia nesta área e comunicaria uma clinica de medicina estética.
Infelizmente este é um mercado que, à semelhança de muitos outros, procura o lucro como primeiro objetivo e muitas vezes acaba por se colocar a cliente e os seus objetivos num segundo plano - e isto acontece com todo o tipo de profissionais incluindo médicos.
Infelizmente também é a falta de informação e transparência que existe - e muitas vezes o próprio desinteresse por quem procura este tipo de tratamentos e serviços - que leva depois à insatisfação, ao frustar de expectativas e até mesmo a alguns desastres em termos de resultados.
Mas a Rute tem como missão - a par de um grande conhecimento e experiência por trás como já pude comprovar pessoalmente - a de assegurar que os seus clientes têm a devida informação e a avaliação necessária para se chegar ao melhor plano possível para o seu caso específico.
Não basta entrar na clínica a dizer que se pretende fazer tratamento A ou B porque amiga X fez ou porque se leu na internet que é maravilhoso.
Não vale a pena avançar para um tratamento mais invasivo de rosto se há necessidade de tratar uma pele desidratada e macilenta primeiro.

No meu caso em concreto, o plano estipulado para mim pretende atacar alguma flacidez e celulite. E por isso tenho feito uma série de tratamentos complementares que asseguram melhores resultados quando combinados.
A par deste plano estou a realizar também uma série de tratamentos de Crioterapia, mais concretamente a Criosauna, da qual vos falarei mais para a frente e em mais detalhe.

Rute sought the services of Studio Suvelle and, in parallel, invited me to get to know the various treatments and services of the clinic.
Anyone who accompanies me regularly will certainly have realized that I believe that the aging process is something natural and that we shouldn't be afraid of it. Of course, this doesn't mean that we use it as an excuse and that we shouldn't help our body and face to age in the best possible way. Just as it is important to pay attention to healthy food and exercise, we can - and should - look for technology and innovation in procedures that best suit us and our particular case so that we can achieve, above all else, feeling good about ourselves.
One of the things that I value most in this clinic is the fact that Rute has a very assertive view on the transparency of information towards its clients - believe me when I tell you that otherwise it would be very difficult for me to work in this area and communicate an aesthetic medicine clinic.
Unfortunately, this is a market that, like many others, seeks profit as its first objective and often ends up putting the client and its goals in the background - and this happens with all types of professionals including medical professionals.
Unfortunately, it is also the lack of information and transparency that exists - and often the lack of interest in those looking for this type of treatments and services - that later leads to dissatisfaction, frustrating expectations and even some disasters in terms of results.
But Rute's mission - along with a great deal of knowledge and experience behind it as I have personally testified - is to ensure that its customers have the necessary information and the necessary assessment to arrive at the best possible plan for their specific case.
It is not enough to go into the clinic saying that you want to do treatment A or B because friend X did it or because you read on the internet that it is wonderful.
There is no point in moving to a more invasive treatment of the face if there is a need to treat dehydrated and emaciated skin first.

In my specific case, the plan stipulated for me intends to attack some skin tightening and cellulite. That is why I have made a series of complementary treatments that ensure better results when combined.

Mesodrainer / Mesodrainer
O sistema Mesodrainer é um dispositivo elétrico de drenagem linfática desenvolvido pela mesoestetic (ver mais aqui) que permite melhorar a ação da massagem drenante, graças à aplicação de impulsos bioelétricos com luvas inovadoras de alta condutividade.
O aprimoramento da função de drenagem permite a eliminação de líquidos e toxinas retidos, normalizando a circulação correta, evitando a formação de edemas e promovendo a nutrição das células.
É uma solução segura e eficaz para os problemas de retenção de líquidos, celulite, gordura localizada e flacidez.
Tem vários programas que têm diferentes objetivos em termos de tratamento e posso assegurar que imediatamente após se nota que a pele está mais uniforme e a circulação mais ativa. A terapeuta até sugere tirar uma foto após o tratamento de uma perna apenas para realmente comparar ambas as pernas.
É um procedimento que requer uma certa habituação devido aos impulsos, mas é completamente indolor.

It is a safe and effective solution to the problems of fluid retention, cellulite, localized fat and sagging.
There are several programs that have different goals in terms of treatment and I can assure you that immediately after you notice that the skin is more uniform and circulation is more active. The therapist even suggests taking a photo after treating one leg just to really compare both legs.
It is a procedure that requires some habituation due to impulses, but it is completely painless.
Lipocavitação / Lipocavitation
A lipocavitação é um procedimento que serve para eliminar gordura localizada na barriga, coxas, flancos e costas, através de um aparelho de ultrassom que ajuda a destruir a gordura acumulada.
Este procedimento, também conhecido por lipo sem cirurgia, não dói absolutamente nada e ajuda a perder volume, e a que o corpo fique mais modelado e definido, além de ajudar a melhorar o aspecto da pele e a diminuir a celulite.
É aplicado um gel e com o equipamento na região a ser tratada, são realizados movimentos circulares durante todo procedimento. Esse equipamento emite ondas do tipo ultrassom que penetram nas células de gordura e estimulam a sua destruição, direcionando os restos celulares para corrente sanguínea e linfática para ser eliminado pelo organismo.
Não se sente nada e não há propriamente resultados imediatos, mas é necessário seguir um plano e ser coerente com as sessões para se avaliar um antes e depois.

Drenagem Linfática Manual / Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A drenagem linfática é possivelmente um dos meus tratamentos de eleição. Já fiz muitas vezes antes de casar, durante as gravidezes e depois disso. Posso dizer-vos que a drenagem que manual que fiz na Formas Silk foi uma das melhores até hoje.
Em primeiro lugar porque a terapeuta explicou muito bem a evolução da técnica (ou técnicas) de massagem e ao longo de todo o processo vai explicando o que está a fazer - e isto é realmente muito importante para mim.
É necessário estimular os gânglios - extremamente importantes na linfa - e fazer o procedimento de uma forma muito específica para que realmente haja uma estimulação da linfa.
Uma coisa muito interessante que desconhecia completamente até à data - porque nunca ninguém me tinha dado essa informação - é que este tipo de drenagem - e em semelhança ao mesodrainer - com os devidos movimentos adequados ao abdómen permitem também estimular e ativar o nosso sistema intestinal.
No meu caso posso garantir que após estas sessões noto nos dias seguintes uma grande melhoria em todo o sistema - o que invariavelmente melhora tudo e quem sofre de alguma obstipação saberá o que quero dizer.

Lymphatic drainage is possibly one of my treatments of choice. I did it many times before I got married, during pregnancies and after that. I can tell you that the drainage that I did at Forms Silk was one of the best to date.
Firstly, because the therapist explained the evolution of the massage technique (or techniques) very well and throughout the process she explains what she is doing - this is just very important to me.
It is necessary to stimulate the lymph nodes - extremely important in the lymph - and do the procedure in a very specific way so that there is really a stimulation of the lymph.
A very interesting thing that I was completely unaware of to date - because no one had ever given me this information - is that this type of drainage - and similarly to the mesodrainer - with the proper movements to the abdomen it also allows to stimulate and activate our intestinal system.
In my case, I can guarantee that after these sessions I notice in the following days a great improvement in the whole system - which invariably improves everything and whoever suffers from any constipation will know what I mean.
